Ronnee Legington, Makeup Artist and owner of BELAAN BEAUTY, LLC is a consummate professional who has been in the industry for over10 years.  She got her start as a licensed Cosmetologist and soon moved on to become a Certified Makeup Artist for M-A-C cosmetics.
