POLICIES

**Please read BEFORE paying deposit or retainer fee.**

  • Your deposit holds a date/time specifically for you, therefore the deposit/retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable. (even if it rains, predicted to rain, your event is cancelled or you simply cannot make your appt for any reason). To book a new date/time another deposit is required.

  •  Appointments are subject to cancellation or a late fee, if you are more than 15 mins late for your appointment.

  • Appointments BEFORE 8 am AND AFTER 8 pm will incur an additional "Before Hours" or "After Hours" fee.

  • Only 1 additional guest may accompany you to your appt.

  • No children allowed in studio unless being serviced.

  • Please limit cell phone usage while in the makeup chair. (Your time is very important to me and being on your cell phone slows down the process and can result in me getting off schedule.)

  • We cannot hold an appointment for you.  Once you receive an email that the requested appointment is available, please book as soon as possible. Appointment will be released to the next person if not booked within 2 hrs of email receipt.  An appointment is officially yours AFTER the deposit has been paid.

  • Videos & Photographs are taken in the studio and your picture MAY be posted on the website and social media sites, If you DO NOT want your picture taken and/or posted on any of our social media, please DO NOT AGREE to be photographed by your Artist.  

 

   *You have the right to refuse to be photographed.

BRIDAL POLICY:

 

1.  CANCELLATIONS:

All rates are subject to change without notice. In the event of Cancellations on the behalf of Ronnee Legington, a full refund will be given to the Client within 30 days of Cancellation. The Client may cancel services, without penalty or obligation, up to 60 days from the date of event by providing a written notice. Any pre-paid balance funds will be refunded within 30 days. This EXCLUDES the non-refundable/transferable retainer fee. No refunds will be given for service cancellations less than 60 days prior to the event, under no circumstances.  Any monetary exchange after the initial deposit is paid will constitute the Client's acceptance of this policy as outlined herein and/or verbally discussed at time of booking or Consultation.  If Client decides to change the Event date, they will be required to pay another deposit to secure a new date.

 

2.  INCLEMENT WEATHER:

It is agreed that hired Makeup Artist will not be held responsible for any Acts of Mother Nature, including, but not limited to, hurricanes, floods, or storms of any kind.  In the case of potential flooding, the Makeup Artist will not travel to location or put themselves in any unfavorable conditions.  Client will receive a credit for in-studio services, totaling the balance payments made, if the Event is cancelled due to bad weather (this excludes the non-refundable/transferable retainer).

3. BALANCE PAYMENTS:

Balance payments are due no later than 7 days prior to Ceremony.  If the balance payment is not made within 7 days of booked Event, on-location services will be terminated and you and/or Party will be required to come IN-STUDIO for makeup services on the day of Event.  No exceptions.
